• Supplied equipment or parts is covered under warranty repair / replacement as defined by the manufacturer at the time of supply.
• Advance Computer provides support for the supplied material for one year from the date of Invoice, then after the services becomes chargeable.  
• We consider to provide standby equipment for critical cases as an additional services to our client.
•  Replacement time would depend on respective manufacturer and we ensure they do it timely via due follow ups.
• Any physical damage, mis-handling, rusting, or damage due to fire flood etc.. are usually rejected from warranty cover
• All the consumable items are not considered under warranty 
• We request customer to register a call with our front desk and take call id for any warranty calls
• All the call to respective manufacturer has to be logged from customer places, in case of any assistance you may send the respective machine to our office.
